00:04:05:00Transforms
Trim, crop & rotate.
Fix the framing on the way out.
Most conversions come with a small correction attached: the first four seconds are you pressing record, the clip came off the phone sideways, the platform wants a square. Doing those in an editor first means encoding twice and waiting twice.
Convert folds them into the same pass. Trim with two handles against a filmstrip so you can see where you're cutting; rotate in 90° steps or flip horizontally; crop to a named aspect or a custom one. When cropping loses edges, the warning line says so before you start rather than after you look at the result.
00:04:05:00How it runs
Trim against a filmstrip
Two handles and a thumbnail strip, with the selected duration shown as you drag — no typing timecodes.
Rotate and flip
0°, 90°, 180°, 270° plus horizontal flip, for footage that arrived in the wrong orientation.
Crop by aspect
Original, 1:1, 9:16, 16:9, 4:5 or custom — with a warning that cropping trims the edges of the frame.
One encode
Every transform is part of the same conversion pass, so the file is written once, not once per change.
