There is no account to delete
Creovia Convert has no sign-up and no sign-in. We hold no name, no email address and no user profile for you. Everything the app knows about your work — the files you picked, the conversions you ran, your Recent list and your settings — lives on your device and nowhere else, so deleting it is something you can do yourself, in seconds. The steps below cover both that and the one thing you may want us to delete on our side: the pseudonymous analytics and crash records tied to your install.
Clear what the app keeps on your device
- Your Recent list: open Settings → Clear recent history. It also clears itself automatically after 30 days. Removing an entry from Recent does not touch a file you already saved to your gallery.
- A single output file: tap Delete on its row in Recent, or delete the file from your gallery or folder like any other file.
- Everything at once: Android Settings → Apps → Creovia Convert → Storage → Clear storage, or simply uninstall the app. Both remove the conversion database, your preferences and any working files. The app's data is excluded from Android backup and device transfer, so there is no copy waiting on a new device.
- Converted files you saved are ordinary files in your gallery or chosen folder — delete them there. The app never deletes or modifies your original source files.
Your Pro purchase
Pro is a one-time purchase, so there is no subscription to cancel and nothing will be billed again. The purchase is held by Google Play against your Google account, not by us — which is also why it survives reinstalling and follows you to another device. Refunds are requested through Google Play order history. If a refund is granted, Pro simply ends and the free tier keeps working; files you already exported are unaffected.
Request deletion of analytics & diagnostics
The app may send pseudonymous usage events and crash reports tied to a random per-install identifier — never to your identity. To have those records deleted with our providers (Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics, and Mixpanel), submit the form below or email [email protected]. We confirm completion within 30 days. Full detail of what those records contain is in the Convert privacy policy.
One honest caveat: because Convert holds no identity data, we have nothing to match your email address against. Telling us your device model and roughly when you installed the app helps us locate the records — and if they cannot be identified, we'll tell you that plainly rather than claim a deletion we didn't make. Records that have already aged out of their retention window (14 months for Firebase Analytics, 90 days for crash reports, 12 months for Mixpanel) are gone regardless.
What may be retained after a deletion request: records we are legally required to keep (for example, evidence of the deletion request itself), and fully aggregated statistics that can no longer identify a device.
