Delete your account in the app (fastest)
If you signed in to Creator, open Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account (Google or email sign-in), unlinks your identity from analytics, revokes the app's access to your cloud drive, and clears your account's settings on the device — your drafts stay on the device. On our servers it deletes your account record and stored email address, your Pro usage records, and the first-party analytics events and counts tied to your account. Anything not removed at once is finished automatically on our side, normally within minutes. Accounts are optional — if you always used Creator as a guest, there is no account to delete.
Your videos, photos, projects, and exports are stored on your device — never on our servers. If you enabled backup, backups live in your own Google Drive or iCloud and stay under your control: keep or delete them there. Full details in the Creator privacy policy.
If you bought Pro on our website
Deleting your Creovia account also ends Pro bought at account.creoviapro.com. Any active web subscription is cancelled immediately, and paid time left on it — including a lifetime purchase — ends with the account and is not refunded, except within the windows in the refund policy. Tax and accounting law requires us to keep the billing records (amounts, dates, payment-provider IDs, refund status) for 8 years; we keep them under a one-way pseudonymous identifier that can't be turned back into your account, and delete the email address and other contact details stored with them. Purchases made through Google Play are different: they stay on your Google account, and deleting your Creovia account doesn't cancel a Play subscription — cancel it in Google Play.
Delete your on-device data yourself
- A single project: delete the draft from the home screen, then empty it from Trash (trashed drafts are otherwise purged automatically after their retention window).
- Everything at once: Android Settings → Apps → Creator → Storage → Clear storage, or simply uninstall the app. Both remove all projects, drafts, caches, and settings.
- Exported videos you saved to your gallery are normal files in your library — delete them there like any other video.
Request deletion from outside the app
Uninstalled the app, or can't access it anymore? Submit the form below (or email [email protected]) and we will delete your account (if one exists for your email), the analytics and diagnostics records tied to your identifiers — including the first-party analytics events and counts on our own servers — and any contact entries for your email — with each of our providers. We confirm completion within 30 days.
What may be retained after a deletion request: a record that the deletion was carried out (a one-way identifier and when each step finished — no name, email or account ID once it is complete), kept for 3 years as evidence and then deleted; billing records for purchases on our website, kept in pseudonymous form as described above; and fully aggregated statistics that can no longer identify a device.
