This policy covers the Creovia Pro website at creoviapro.com ("the site"), operated by CREOVIA PRO LLP, a limited liability partnership incorporated under the (Indian) Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 (LLPIN: ADA-3738). It is deliberately short, because the site is deliberately simple: we collect almost nothing.
Each product carries its own privacy policy — Creovia Creator and Creovia Convert. This page covers the website only.
What we collect
- Contact form: if you write to us, we store the name, email address, subject, and message you submit.
- Server logs: our hosting/CDN provider, Cloudflare, Inc., keeps standard web-server logs (IP address, requested page, timestamp, user-agent) for security and operations, as our processor.
- Creator pricing page: to show web prices for your country, your browser asks our server (also hosted on Cloudflare) for the public price list. The request carries no cookie or identifier; Cloudflare logs it like any other request, as above.
- Campaign tags: if you arrive through one of our links carrying campaign tags (
utm_source,utm_medium,utm_campaign), the site keeps those three tags in your browser's session storage — not a cookie, and not sent to us — until you close the tab. When you follow a Google Play link or the Creator web checkout link, the tags (or, if you came without any, tags naming this website) are added to that link, so we can tell which campaign led to an install or a purchase. No identifier is created and nothing about you is stored. - Guide videos: tutorial videos on the Creator guide pages come from YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com). Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play; from then on, Google may set cookies or similar storage under its own privacy policy.
What we don't do
- No analytics or tracking scripts run on this site.
- No advertising, and no advertising cookies.
- No cookies of our own beyond what the hosting platform strictly requires to serve pages (a guide video you choose to play is YouTube's, as above).
- We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
How we use what you give us
- Contact submissions are used to reply to you.
Form submissions are stored with Google LLC, as our storage provider under its standard terms.
Retention and deletion
Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request. To have your data removed at any time, email [email protected], or use a product's data-deletion page — Creator or Convert — and we'll confirm within a reasonable time.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published here with an updated effective date.
